LIVERMORE, CA -- Novazone, a company that makes food and water purification technology, said that it had raised $7 million in a Series B round of funding. New investor Chrysalix Energy led the round, with continued participation from existing investors Foundation Capital and Grauer Capital. The company uses ozone, which comes from oxygen, to sanitize and store food and water. The result allows both to have increased shelf life and safer handling.
